These are very good headphones, Arrived quickly to the UK well wrapped and worked straight out of the packet. The provided earbuds can be changed for different sizes but the ones fitted do the job perfectly for me and don't drop out. The sound quality is very good. Compared to my more expensive Sabbat e12 Ultra there's not a massive difference! I listen to a wide range of music and there's a good bass and clear top end reproduction. I've worn these for work and they last for around 8-9 hours at a reasonable volume plus several phone calls. Bluetooth connection is easy and stays reliably connected all day. Overall I would definately recommend these Alwup G02 headphones, and at this price they are superb!

Value for money very correct! Unfortunately for me, the postal service seems to have used itself during transport. Only 3 items received out of 5 ordered. The package arrived open by a kind of cutter... Communication was made about this with the store. I believe in his sincerity and that he sent it well 5. I admit that it is for nothing in the failures of transport, and I accept that the game is so done. Nice, the seller offered to send me an object in compensation. But I refused. For me it is not up to him to pay and the time of communication and sending, I would not have been delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered 2 new pairs of neckband headphones on another shop. I was delivered just in time before Christmas! In any case, thank you to the seller for his honesty and communication.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
